My paintings can be used for meditation and healing and so I have put together a collection of my work in a book with text by The Barefoot Doctor*. You can use the texts to aid you in your meditation or you can just enjoy the images.

*The Barefoot Doctor specialises in teaching ancient Taoist wisdom and methods for self-development and manifesting magic in a modern way. He is an author of 12 books including "The Way of the Urban Warrior".

One to One Sessions

This involves going into a guided meditative state, allowing a free flowing drawing to emerge and then developing that further to reveal more about the self
